In addition, the chosen individual will ensure that production and quality expectations are met, i.e. talk/wrap time, collection fees, data integrity, client satisfaction and monitoring results. The collection manager must be an effective communicator and excellent mentor.  The manager must be able to analyze the statistical data, the system, and implement collection work strategies that will yield the department’s desired effort and results.  <br>

Duties:<br>
<br>
•	Provide managerial leadership, coaching and motivation<br>
•	Provide support, input, feedback and guidance concerning daily operations<br>
•	Recruit, educate, train and lead associates <br>
                   o	New hire and continued education<br>
                   o	Will be required to be personally involved in the collections process by taking collection calls and working an abbreviated collection cue<br>
•	Develop incentives, contests, and motivational tools<br>
•	Effectively communicate, implement and maintain policies and procedures<br>
•	Manage a team of up to 17 employees<br>
                   o	Manage all personnel related matters including scheduling, attendance and absenteeism issues, discipline, annual reviews, etc.<br>
•	Maximize recovery rate by managing productivity data<br>
•	Build relationships with clients and host clients during call center visits<br>

Required Experience:<br>
<br>
•	3-5 years call center management/operations management <br>
•	BA/BS or equivalent business experience<br>
•	Strong background in collection principles and activities<br>
•	Superior communication and leadership skills<br>
•	Solid understanding and knowledge in the use of collection management software including skip tracing  and predictive dialer applications<br>
•	Advanced computer skills including full knowledge of MS Office Suite<br>
•	MIS Reporting<br>
•	Proven track record in training and development of collection techniques<br>
•	Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure along with ability to build and manage staffing plans<br>
•	Thorough knowledge of 3rd party telephone collection techniques<br>
•	Thorough knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA, etc and all other collection laws<br>
•	Bi-lingual strongly preferred<br>

<p>QUALIFICATIONS: 

<p><li>5-7 years direct experience managing a large sized (60+ employees) direct labor population in a production, assembly, fast food environment

<li>Experience and solid understanding of with Process Management, Inventory Control, and Quality Assurance in a production environment Resourcefulness 
<li>Clear oral and written communicator regarding expectations, issues, and feedback

•	Regularly review clinic operations and performance with CEO.<br>
•	Maintain clear communication and rapport with MDs.<br>
•	Have a full understanding of all policies/procedures, ongoing special projects, physical plant/construction, changes made or that need to be made for each clinic site.<br>
•	Review, and change when necessary, scheduling of patients, flow, medical staff function, cross-training needs, wait times, spatial layout, and equipment use.<br>
•	Plan, do, study, act with the management team on ideas and suggestions that promote the goals of WWH.<br>
•	Meet with other EDs, the CEO and the Executive Team regularly via phone or in person to discuss trends, problems, ideas, etc.<br>

2)	Management Supervision<br>
•	Supervise manager in completion of management duties.<br>
•	Participate in interviewing and hiring of prospective managers.<br>
•	Orient and train managers and staff in clinic operations and to the WWH culture and standards.<br>
•	Monitor running of TOP and GYN sessions.<br>
•	Monitor all aspects of clinic operations.<br>
•	Handle emergency situations and train managers to do so as well. Coach and debrief staff after any incident.<br>
•	Evaluate manager work performance. <br>

4)	Marketing, Public Relations, Clinic Growth<br>
•	Work with CEO and marketing team on advertising strategies and opportunities; including the development of a marketing and outreach plan.<br>
•	Develop project plans for expansion of services and/or adding programs in the clinic – such as; nurses providing Mife, fertility services, in-house pharmacies, training residents, hosting interns, adding sedation, expanding 2nd tri services, (etc)<br>
•	Develop and support clinic outreach plans.<br>
•	Develop an awareness of local community issues: demographics, development, local politics, etc.<br>
•	Regularly and systematically look at our competition – make suggestions/proposals to the CEO based on that analysis.<br>
•	Strategic outreach - with outside physicians, referring agencies, offices, hospitals, insurance companies, potential collaborators. Secure referrals, back up MD’s and support in the community. <br>
•	Keep in contact with trade and political organizations –  NARAL, NOW, reading/posting NCAP and NAF newsletters, etc.<br>
•	Assist with branding and promoting WWH culture.<br>

5)	Administration<br>
•	Will act as the Administrator in compliance with Texas State Health Services Abortion Facility Licensing requirements.<br>
•	 Track/watch performance data from your clinic site(s) – notice trends, make recommendations. <br>
•	Review current systems and propose solutions for increased efficiency – such as; session time, payroll system, stat reporting, training processes, etc.<br>
•	Make certain all insurance is up to date, including malpractice, liability, health, worker’s comp (have duplicate files on these things with WWH HQ).<br>
•	Keep up with best prices and contracts: supplies, phones, trash, medical waste, cleaning, etc. <br>
•	Assist HQ team with special projects.<br>
•	Oversee development of administrative documents.<br>
•	General understanding of Regulatory Bodies: Whole Woman’s Health Policy and Procedures Manual, CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA, MSDS, NAF guidelines, Medicaid and Medicare guidelines, familiarity with managed care entities (PPO, HMO, POS)…<br>
•	MD recruitment and credentialing<br>
•	Solicit and credential WWH with insurance carriers<br>
•	Understanding of WWH personnel policies, including benefits. Track the calculation of benefits regularly.  Ability to explain/interpret WWH policies to employees and managers.<br>
•	Routinely review payroll data to ensure accuracy.<br>

companies, institutions, and agencies with planning and implementing energy efficiency 
is seeking a Senior Program Manager with experience in the Data Center industry 
to assist our sustainability efforts in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. 
<p>The qualified individual will have over 10 years working experience with at 
  least 2 years working in the energy efficiency and/or Data Center industry. 
  This individual will be required to generate data center leads, conduct high 
  level audits, and coordinate over 20 ongoing energy efficiency projects targeting 
  small to large Data Centers. The ideal candidate can speak fluently and intelligently 
  to Data Center operators about energy efficiency retrofits that will help reduce 
  energy bills and power usage efficiency (PUE). A strong plus would be broad 
  knowledge of energy efficiency related to Data Centers, such as virtualization 
  (server, desktop and storage), facility systems including mechanical equipment 
  (motors, pumps, and variable speed drives), and HVAC equipment (chillers, cooling 
  towers, air handlers, and chilled/hot water loops).</p>
<p>The selected candidate will be a key member of the energy efficiency team and 
  will support and drive various energy efficiency projects. He/she will also 
  be involved in discussions with management on future direction for the company 
  in the Texas market. The position will report to the National Data Center Director 
  responsible for national Data Center energy efficiency operations.</p>
Requirements include:
  
<ul>
  <li>A Bachelors Degree with an emphasis in one of the following:  Business, IT, Marketing, Engineering, Natural resources / Environmental</li>
  <li> Strong project management and administration skills
<li>Ability to put in place the proper project controls to monitor the budget, 
      goals and remote staff</li> <li>Superior verbal and written communication skills</li>
      <li> Excellent organization skills and a strong sense of commitment is 
      required</li>
      <li> Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word</li>
  </li>
</ul>
<p>Location: Dallas/Forth Worth Metroplex.<br>
  Salary: Commensurate with experience</p>

Summary<br>
The Austin Indoor Soccer Center (AISC) manager will provide a clean, safe and soccer friendly environment to all of our customers and spectators. Responsible for all aspects of our services provided. Must be able to improve current operational standards while continuing our growth in the Austin market. AISC manager must be able to attend our 2 week training course outside of Austin. The AISC manager is also required to attend our yearly management course (5 days) outside of Austin. A background in soccer and the local soccer scene is a strong positive. Need to have a proven record of effective management skills. The majority of the work hours are nights and weekends. Starting salary is $30000 to $36000 per year with the ability to move up quickly based on revenue goals.<br>
