Our firm is growing and looking for good solid year round TAX PREPARER for our North Dallas office. We are growing and looking to enhance our tax preparation staff. Obviously individual and some corporate tax preparation knowledge is a must.
The traits we seek in a candidate are the following:
Experience preparing individual tax returns with all schedules
Strong communication with clients and staff,
Strong data gathering skills via face to face interviews with client and / or utilizing electronic methods, fax, email etc.
Organized, Detail Oriented, A strong ability to prioritize
Team Oriented with a "can do" attitude
Leadership skills, team builder, Able to see the big picture
Computer literate with ability to adapt to new programs
A stable work history with employment references, background checks will be utilized
A candidate with solid skills would have a great opportunity at our firm to learn from our staff and expand their existing skill set. Being involved in community and Networking associations is expected of the position. We are members in several Networking Associations and look forward to introducing new candidates from our firm into these associations.
Compensation is Commensurate with experience, CPA’s and Enrolled Agents, EA’s, earn higher commission percentages. This is a production position. Compensation is base plus production bonus. The greater the production, the more you make, you set the bar at where you want to be. Our work week is Monday through Friday. Benefits are available after 90 days.
