North Dallas Boutique Tax firm is growing and looking for a
YEAR ROUND BILINGUAL TAX PREPARER
Special candidate will have the opportunity to lead our Hispanic tax preparation group. We have an existing Spanish speaking clientele and groundwork for additional networking association opportunities. This position would give the right candidate, the opportunity, to oversee and improve our team and improve our service to the Spanish speaking community.
The traits we seek in a candidate are the following:
Experience preparing individual tax returns with all schedules
Strong communication with clients and staff,
Strong data gathering skills via face to face interviews with client and / or utilizing electronic methods, fax, email etc.
Organized, Detail Oriented, A strong ability to prioritize
Team Oriented with a "can do" attitude
Leadership skills, team builder, Able to see the big picture
Computer literate with ability to adapt to new programs
A stable work history with employment references, background checks will be utilized
Compensation is Commensurate with experience, EA's or CPA's earn higher commission percentages. This is a production position. Compensation is base plus production bonus. The greater the production, the more you make, you set the bar at where you want to be.
