Fast-growing finance and title insurance company is seeking a QuickBooks expert to handle all facets of accounting - A/P, A/R, invoicing, deposits, checking account and credit card reconciliations, payroll entry (processing and taxes are done by Intuit), sales taxes, fixed assets, budgeting and recurring general ledger transactions. Position also includes office responsibilities for medical and business insurance, learning some other job functions to cover absences, office supplies, negotiating copier and other service contracts, wiring funds, light collections, as well as other special projects. Minimum of two years of heavy QuickBooks experience required. Interview at company will include a test of QuickBooks skills. Excellent phone skills a must. Located in nice offices in 16-floor high-rise office building.
