Must have 2-4 years of commercial mortgage loan accounting experience. Must have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, CPA preferred. Must have strong MS Excel skills and knowledge of data warehouse functionality preferred and have effective communication skills both verbal and written. Must have experience reconciling General Ledger and Demand Deposit Accounts. Will make journal entries. Must be familiar with Oracle or other Accounting software programs.
This is a 4-5 month contract opportunity, Monday through Friday work week, 8:30a-5:30p, overtime required during month end close. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
