Full Charge Dealership Accounting Specialist/Bookkeeper is needed immediately at Corvettes of Dallas
Corvettes of Dallas, Carrollton (Dallas), Texas, is a 20 year old Full Service Corvette Dealership. We are one of the areas oldest and most highly regarded Corvette dealers. We are currently seeking an experienced Dealership Accounting Specialist. The individual we hire MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE ACCOUNTING KNOWLEDGE and have a strong understanding of the automobile dealership process. We offer a great compensation package and a positive work place. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday; 8:30am-5:30pm. This position reports to the Owner. AGAIN, we are looking for someone with prior automobile accounting. IF YOU ARE PROFICIENT IN AUTOSOFT AUTOMOTIVE SOFTWARE you go to the front of the line. If you do not have automotive accounting experience DO NOT APPLY.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
Must be thorough and complete
Must have strong analytical, organizational and communication skills and the ability to effectively deal with and communicate with all levels of management
Must be very detail oriented and have the ability to identify discrepancies
Must be able to effectively and efficiently handle multiple projects at once

Must be able to work under tight and demanding deadlines and meet these deadlines consistently
Must have a pleasant, positive and professional personality
Must have at least 5 years dealership accounting experience.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
5 years prior experience. General knowledge of dealership accounting software. You must also know how to complete Title work. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Again, AUTOMOTIVE ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY IS A MUST.
