We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to assist with input of data into Quickbooks. This person would be needed on a part-time/as needed basis. This position is perfect for the person who wants to drop the kids at school, work for 4 hours, then pick the kids up after school or a retired person looking for part time work. Responsibilities would include assisting with inputting data into Quickbooks, interaction with the client to discuss the nature of the transactions and their proper coding, payroll, billing, and accounts recievable and payable.
We would prefer to have someone that is close to our office which is approximately the corner of McKinney Avenue and Fitzhugh in Dallas.
