Large company in Lewisville seeking a sharp candidate for this Direct Hire position. Qualified candidates will have Mortgage Servicing experience in Loan Administration and Loss Prevention as a Supervisor or Manager. This position will be responsible for productivity, daily work flow, and the management of 10 employees. Other responsibilities include training, development, and performance evaluation of team.

Must have Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2 years experience as a Supervisor in a Loan Servicing environment. Strong supervisory and team building skills required. Must be familiar with ALL phases of Loss Prevention with general knowledge of functions within Loan Servicing.
