The Opportunity – LWF is a looking for a career-oriented office professional. The newest member of our team will be critical to the success of LWF. The purpose of this role is to ensure an exceptional client experience and serve as a cooperative member of the Operations Team.
The primary responsibility is oversight of the assessment process. As part of this, responsibilities include client and team scheduling, administering leadership assessment processes, preparing and maintaining client files, maintaining tracking systems, and managing assessment related projects. This position has significant client contact, both by phone and in-person in our offices. It also includes helping clients feel comfortable during their time in our offices, and coordination with LWF’s third-party test and tool vendors. This position will also cross train on other aspects of our operations.
Position Qualifications – Our Assessment Services Manager will ideally have a minimum of three to five years of general office administrative experience, and be career oriented. A bachelor’s degree and experience with small businesses or consulting firms is preferred. Our team member will be proficient and committed to further developing their skills using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Our team member will possess outstanding interpersonal, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Success within this role requires a willingness to learn, an attention to detail, flexibility, and adaptability. Our team member will be process-oriented and easily able to multi-task and handle stressful situations with professionalism and poise.
