Home Health Plus, a growing home health agency with Medicare clients, located at 9221 LBJ Freeway, Suite 208, Dallas 75243 has immediate opening for an Assistant Administrator.
Job Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible to manage one to two home health agency offices (Main or Brach) which include supervision of the office and field staff, conduct public relations contact physicians and hospitals to obtain referrals, monitor the profitability of the agency, comply with State and Federal rules regarding Home Health and Hospice and reduce cost of operations and come up with ideas to improve and expand our operations. Must be a go getter.
Requirements: Must have 1-2 years experience in health care field, preferably in Home Health administration, must have an RN license in the State of Texas or have degree in business administration, MBA is a plus. Must be drug free and we do drug testing and criminal background and credit check of all candidates.
