Privately owned General Construction & PEMB Steel Manufacturing company located in NE Texas is currently seeking a General Manager for each of our 3 construction companies. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations including planning, directing and executing the long term strategic objectives of the company. Requirements include 10 + years experience providing stategic leadership with the construction industry, as well as, strong communicaton, personnel management and organizatonal skills. A high degree of problem recognition and resolution skills are also required, along with proven financial analysis and business development skills. This position will be responsible for all aspects of the project management process including business development, personnel and financial management of the process. An emphasis on Design-Build Construction including federal and private projects is preferred. The idea candidate would excel in a fast paced and growing entrepreneur environment.
