CashMax, a payday loan company, is seeking a District Manager to join our team. The District Manger will manage the day to day operations of 5-8 stores throughout Dallas Fort Worth. We offer a competitive base salary, profit sharing program, 401K, and much more!
Responsibilities include:
•Ensuring stores operate according to company policies
•Establish, attain, and report goals of store performance
•Teaching, training and monitoring performance of employees
•Ensuring excellent customer service throughout the territory
Requirements
•At least three years mult- unit management preferably in the payday loan industry
•Prior experience in the financial service industry to include payday loans
•Strong leadership, team building skills, excellent communication skills
•Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and must demonstrate sound judgment and decision making ability.
