Our ideal nanny will be a fun, responsible, and outgoing person who is comfortable talking a lot to our son, reading, and engaging him with creative and developmental goals in mind.  Great opportunity for anyone interested in or with a background in speech/auditory verbal therapy, OT, or PT as we work with some of the best therapists in the country.  Upon hire, our caregiver will also be certified as a Medical Attendant since we participate in the Medically Dependant Childrens Program!<br>

The position is M-F 7:45am-5:15pm (his nap time is 3+ hours) at our home in North Dallas (Marsh, between Belt Line and 635). * Responsible for all student admissions and enrollment procedures, including ACCSCT, TWC, Title IV, Veterans Administration, DARS, and SLM Financial.<br>
* Create and manage Faculty, Receptionist, Studio Technicians, Career Services, Student Services and Admissions schedules for all shifts and ensure that all personnel time cards are accurate timely and consistent.<br>
* Responsible for managing all Lab Technicians activity surrounding studio equipment and ensuring that studio equipment check out and check in policy is executed.<br>
* Responsible for hiring, performance and termination of all local employees.<br>
* Conduct annual staff performance reviews.<br>
* Ensure that all instructors are notified of all school schedules and activities including Open House and other special events, ensure that instructors are on time and have all necessary materials (Books, CDs, etc.) for their classes.<br>
* Conduct twice-annual Program Advisory Committee meetings, ensure that PAC members’ suggestions are acted upon and minutes are recorded.<br>
* Ensure that annual professional development requirements are met for all faculty.<br>
* Oversee and participate in all Open House activities, ensuring that the schedule is accurate and maintained and that all necessary distribution materials are in supply.<br>
* Actively participate in, distribute, administer and collect End Of Course Surveys for all students and all classes.<br>
* Immediately escalate all grievances and complaints from, students, parents, landlord, faculty and staff to the Vice President for determination of course of action.<br>
* Maintain all recruitment, new student records in accordance to ACCSC, TWC and Title IV guidelines.<br>
* Periodically inspect and maintain student files and binders for each class and student.<br>
* Manage student records.<br>
* Serve as primary point for advertising activities related to recruitment.<br>
* Provide general upkeep and maintenance of studio campus.<br>
* Provide students, parents with enrollment information.<br>
* Maintain subject matter expertise on all financial aid instruments currently available for the program.<br>

Teachscape is seeking a passionate and effective Training & District Support Coordinator who will work directly with approximately 65 different schools participating in each of the partner districts to ensure efficient scheduling, capture and uploading of video. The Training Coordinator will report to the District Relations Manager and work closely with on-site Video Capture Coordinators in each of the schools. <br>

The ideal candidate is someone with the talent to work directly with school site staff (principals and video coordinators, and some teachers) through all aspects of our partnership, with an emphasis on training and problem solving. This person should be able to effectively train these adults to schedule, capture and upload videos efficiently and effectively while maintaining positive relationships with staff and principals. <br>

(1) Teachers must sign a non-compete contract, agreeing not to teach the GMAT for any other companies. (Note: Manhattan GMAT does not hire any individuals who are bound by non-compete agreements with other companies.) <br>
