MCTC is bidding on a large public works project and is interviewing civil engineering candidates.

These are multiple contract positions for up to 7 years, but may be shorter based candidates' situation. Project is estimated to begin January 2010.

This is for a construction management project in a foreign country, so leadership skills, ethical qualities, and confidence are key.

The project is located in China, but MCTC is interviewing for positions US-based (not necessarily Dallas TX) and those candidates willing to relocate temporarily in China.

The project is high-profile, above average pay, and will be one of the most interesting projects in our lifetimes.

Looking for civil engineers with construction management expeience, primarily focused on bridge, road building, and water supply engineering experience.

Emphasis on report writing and construction management are huge advantages.

We are looking for:

(1) Certified public supervising engineer and senior civil engineer with at least 10 years experience in architecture construction and management, at least 5 years experience in building construction supervision, also have rich experience on contract management, familiar with FIDIC conditions.

(3) Supervising engineer and senior civil engineer with at least 8 years experience in building construction and management, at least 5 years experience in building construction supervision, and be responsible to building construction supervision.

(3) Road engineer with at least 10 years experience in road construction managementCat least 5 years experience in road construction supervision.

(2) Water supply engineer with at least 10 years experience in water supply and drainage construction managementCat least 5 years experience in water supply and drainage and building recovery construction supervision.

(2) Bridge system engineer with at least 10 years experience in bridge construction managementCat least 5 years experience in bridge construction supervision.

(1) Measurement engineer with at least 10 years experience in technique of measurement.

(2) Registered budgeting specialist with at least 10 years experience in building works contract management, also have rich experience on contract information management, cost control, progress control construction managementCfamiliar with FIDIC conditions and measurement and payment.
