Job Descriptions<br>
As a Forensic Consultant (Structural Engineer), you will provide residential and commercial site investigations to determine the cause and origin of structural failures, damages or defects.  Investigate and assess damages due to catastrophes such as windstorm damage, hail damage, hurricanes, floods and earthquakes. Provide detailed reports outlining the cause and origin of the damages to clients. You will have client interaction on a regular basis, including marketing of services when not directly working on a job. You may also be called upon to provide expert testimony in a court of law.<br>

Requirements<br>
Candidates will possess a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, PE is required, and at least 5+ years experience as a design/structural engineer (residential, industrial and commercial buildings). Experience working with law firms and insurance companies is a plus. Experience with commercial, institutional, healthcare, high-rise and governmental facilities is desired. Must be able to communicate with all levels of personnel and clients both verbally and written. Travel may be extensive depending on the clients needs.<br>

	 Manage three to six full time engineers

	Maintain quality control of all deliverable products, demonstrating technical excellence, objectivity, and clarity while maintaining project schedules

	Meet with clients to co-manage projects, present results, and develop new scopes of work
<br>
	Develop new business opportunities
<br>
	Meet overall budget and profitability targets</dir>
<br>
<b>Experience and Education</b><dir>
<br>
	Master's degree or Ph.D. in mechanical, architectural, electrical or civil engineering or sustainable building practices
<br>
	Minimum of 6 years experience within the utility, energy efficiency, or building efficiency industry
<br>
	Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deliverable deadlines and budgets
<br>
	An understanding of building systems (particularly HVAC), thermodynamics, and heat transfer
<br>
	Excellent technical, analytical, written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
<br>
	P.E. preferred
<br>
	Local industry contacts in Texas are a plus
<br>
	LEED certification and/or building simulation experience are a plus</dir>

As Systems Engineering Program Manager, you will manage one or more large internal, outsourced or customer funded projects. Managing project activities across functional groups, centers and organizations is a requirement of this job.

<br><br>The position is for a project manager who will oversee, manage, and direct the development of new technology in the field of fracture diagnostics and reservoir management. The technologies of interest include downhole tools for detecting microseisms and deformation in a reservoir, surface tools for monitoring deformation, and software associated with communication, acquisition, processing, display, and interpretation of both. The candidate should have experience in both software development and downhole tools. Experience with Halliburton technology development and project management is necessary. The candidate will help in all phase of technology development, from the initiation of ideas, IP, and charters to the development of the final hardware prototype or software release. The candidate is expected to become fully acquainted with the technical aspects of the development projects, thus requiring a solid engineering background.

We need an electrical design engineer to create dynamite non-traditional solutions. The candidate should possess the capability of formulating out of the box solutions to problems based on fundamental engineering principles learned through formal education and industry experience. In addition, the engineer will be required to develop computer generated models and drawings, conduct testing and experiments, participate in problem solving idea generation sessions, design prototypes, and perform engineering analysis; in short, you will actually get to do all the things you went to school to learn how to do.
