I have pitiful cooking skills but I can clean very well.

I am a Bio major so I will spend most of my time studying either on-campus or in my new home. There will be times where I will need to pull all-nighters, thus I may not come home at all. I do not want a new mommy calling me all the time asking me where I am. Also, I rarely ever bring friends home but if I do they will be about as silent and invisible as me. As mentioned before, I do not like loud, rude, or obnoxious people.

For the Spring 2010 semester, I have classes and work everyday except Sunday. I will leave the house at 8am and won't be back till about 8:30pm. I literally just need a place to eat, sleep, shower, and study. I do have a steady boyfriend but you will most likely never see him. On weekends I may spend time with him or visit my family depending on how much school work I have to do before Monday.

I do not like sharing bathrooms and I am very much a girl, so a spacious room and closet would be nice. But at the end of the day, beggars aren't choosers so I will take what is reasonable.

I forgot how much of a pain looking for a rental can be. And viewing the ads on craigslist has proven to be pretty much pointless. I have had enough of the scams, so please don't contact me if you want me to sign up for a list or a service. For the right house, I can pay up to 1250 per month comfortably.

We are a family of 4.5, two adults and 8 and 10 year old kids with one now on the way. We want to get out of Dallas proper and into either a suburban setting or a rural setting while still being within driving distance to my office in Las Colinas. We would like a home with 3-4 bedrooms and possibly a garage. I must have an office, so the fourth bedroom would be for that. Otherwise, a two-car garage would suffice.

About me... I work on the interactive side for an advertising agency in Los Colinas. On paper, I make $5000 per month. I also do freelance work and have been preparing to launch a new product nationally in March. Otherwise, I would have more than enough money to buy at this time. However, I do not have the credit to buy at this time. After all of the christmas shopping and various financial obligations as of late, I will only have about two-thousand dollars to put towards a house on the 1st of January. The good news is that Christmas will be over and I have no more financial requirements after the 1st. We don't even have car payments anymore.

Well this is my last chance to find a person willing to help out another person currently looking for a job or two. I have not had any luck finding a job for whatever reason as of late (probably because companies are concentrating on closing out their books and making money) but I am still looking daily until I find a full-time and part-time job.

This will be the last 10 day's I believe in my apartment because I basically do not have the funds to cover paying for anything. I guess there is a part of me that does not want to go homeless because it will be alot tougher to find a job that way, so I am asking for a little help from a potential long term renter or roommate. I should have found a good person to room with way before that way I could have been saving some these Federal Reserve Notes (AKA Money) to begin with.

I am asking for I hope will be no more than a month of free rent with internet or a public library near by so I can put in my 8 hour day's of just applying for jobs and revamping my resume. Maybe one of these many positions I applied for will start call backs come the turn of the new year. This probably won't work, but it's worth a shot.

Hello! I am a self employed remodeler trying to make a business successful. The ups and down nature of this business leave me without work for a while and then I am extremely slammed. I'm skilled in all areas of remodeling. I managed a lumber yard which catered to home builders for two years, managed remodels for Home Depot Expo for 5 years, estimated and designed commercial buildings for a while, and built department from ground up at the corporate headquarters of a large transportation company. The down time caught up with me and I've got to find a new place soon. I have two animals both well trained and very clean for animals. They're no trouble. I have three children who come over every other weekend. I need a storage spot for my tools, ladders, etc. I don't drink at all or drug although I do smoke outside only. I'm clean, honest, and an all round good dude just trying to make it through until business gets more steady. I've been in business almost two years and I'm beginning to build quite a portfolio and reference base so it's just a matter of time before the money comes in. I'm always open to working out rent for work done around the house. That would be the ideal situation actually for me to stay somewhere that you are trying remodel and put on the market. I could live there and work a bit at a time and get your house ready to sell. Here's a pic of me, I have references, pics of work, whatever you need.
