We are seeking an experienced medical recruiter to join our team. Selected candidate will tele-commute from their home office. Experience working out of a home office is desired. A minimum of 2 years experience recruiting in the medical industry is mandatory. Candidates without medical recruiting experience need not apply – no exceptions. Experience in recruiting physical, occupational and speech therapists is preferred, but not required.
The ideal candidate must be able to assume responsibility for a territory while working closely with the area supervisor. Perseverance, flexibility and the ability to work independently are essential. Selected candidate must have a successful hiring record. Cold calling is required and experience in this area is a must. Computer experience working with Word, Excel and databases is required.
