Established staffing firm seeks a full-time Internal Recruiter to work alongside a new client.

The Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting, screening, testing, reference checks, background checks and all other aspects of hiring CSRs for a large call center. Must have experience hiring CSRs in a call center setting.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a Recruiter, experience either working in, or recruiting for, a large call center and some experience with social services or the medical field. Ideally you will have some experience working in a staffing firm setting.

Interviews are being scheduled for the week of November 16th at our office located in N. Dallas in the Galleria area.

Qualified candidates will meet the following requirement and have the following skills/experience:
  • High school graduate; college degree preferred
  • Solid Customer Service skills - the Recruiter will be in direct contact with our client and will be held to the highest degree of professionalism
  • Solid technical skills
  • Solid communication skills
  • Experience conducting interviews and hiring large quantities of employees for call centers
  • Flexibility with your schedule especially as the relationship develops with the client
  • A cheery disposition and sunny outlook
  • Able to pass a background check free and clear of criminal activity
