JOB DESCRIPTION – Auditor <br>
Plan, coordinate and conduct on-site assessments of various facilities that manufacture products for our clients. Our job is to report on the potential that sweatshop conditions are or are not present in the workplace. Auditors objectively assess a facility’s level of compliance to standards and codes of conduct covering legal obligations for manufacturing and agricultural businesses (e.g. legal minimum wage compliance, overtime calculation and payment, workers’ compensation, health and safety regulations, etc.) as well as ethical conditions (harassing and abusive treatment of workers, discriminatory employment practices, exploitive treatment, etc.) . <br>
<br>
Travel is significant and can be up to five days per week but not less than three days per week. Dallas location is primarily to service central US clients (TX, OK, KS, LA, AR, MO) however will also travel to other areas of the country. Occasionally, may be assigned to work in Mexico and Central America. <br>
<br>
Most audits are normally done in the course of one 8 to 10 hour day. Auditor will prepare predefined audit reports and enter results into a web based system after assessments are conducted. Auditors create audit files containing backup forms and other documented objective evidence obtained during audit, prepare well written audit reports that must be complete, have proper grammar, spelling and overall report quality to provide comprehension for our clients. <br>

PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE WITH FOOD SAFETY EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATION (HACCP/Global Gap/etc.)<br>

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS <br>

- Excellent written English skills (grammar, sentence structure, and spelling) <br>
- Spanish, good conversational speaking and writing skills are required  <br>
- Strong desire to travel by air throughout the US, Mexico, Canada and occasionally Central America <br>

QUALIFICATIONS:<br>
<br>
•	Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, or Organizational Communications, with emphasis in Human Resources or a related field required.<br>

•	Master’s degree in Organization or Human Behavior or Industrial Psychology preferred.<br>
<br>
•	8 to 10 years of experience in the design (diagnosis, analysis, research, piloting, etc) and the execution (implementation, management, facilitation, etc.) of organizational development and learning management processes and practices required.<br>

•	Broad knowledge of learning theory, human behavior, training techniques, methods, theories, materials and programs.<br>
