PR expert needed for Christian-based wholesale gift company (small number of SKUs). We need an expert to help publicize our story and sell our products. We anticipate that you will be working from your home, but will likely want to meet with you in person on an occasional basis.
The initial work will include writing and/or editing a press release to announce our product line and to publicize the fact that our company has been profiled in a NYT bestselling book. We might need help after the initial PR blitz, but candidly aren't sure what that work might entail.
Qualified applicants must:
- Have at least 5 years of PR experience;
- Successfully performed PR for Christian-based companies (references required);
- Be willing and able to work independently; and
- Demonstrate that he/she has the right media "connections".
In your application, please provide the following:
- Your resume;
- The names of three references (contact information NOT required at this time);
- A short plan of what services you would provide (NOT detailed - we just want to get an idea of what you would do); and
- An idea of the types and numbers of media "connections" that you have.
Also, please provide a quote for your services. If hourly, please indicate your hourly rate and estimate of total hours required. If lump sum, please indicate what services are outside the scope of the lump sum. This is a CONTRACT position.
