https://anntaylor.recruitmax.com/ENG/images/x.gifThe Marketing Traffic Coordinator partners with the creative director, Designers, Account Managers and Production managers to implement best practice initiatives and manage workflow and deadlines within the creative group.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing workload and project distribution among the designers, copy writers and production artists: Setting priorities and maintaining schedules.
• Acting as point person for status, location, and estimated completion date for all jobs within creative
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of projects before they are passed to marketing strategy
• Maintaining weekly updates of seasonal marketing calendar with input from marketing strategy team
• Setting, monitoring and enforcing production standards with regard to how digital mechanical art files are prepared.
• Gathering presentation materials and assets for internal presentations as well as release of assets to the production team
• Establishing Marketing server file Hierarchy and enforcing it.
• Sourcing freelance designers and production artists as required by workload.
Qualifications :
• College degree, with 2-4 years of experience
• Must have a strong working knowledge of Indesign, Quark, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Must have expert knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and cross-platform issues, especially with regard to complex digital graphics files.
• Must be very organized, proactive and great at follow-through
• Must have strong project management experience
• Ability to interactive with both creative and business partner
