Job Description
We are a factory our first goal is design cheerleading and sports uniforms. We take simple styles and design custom uniform for teams(Crop tops, Unifit tops, Skirts, Shells).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following processes: ensuring garment fit(according to our size chart), design, grading and inspection of the sample.
Responsibilities Include:
1.-Creation of a first Pattern from Specification
2.-Interaction with Designers / Production
3.-Aprobal of the final garment
4.-Grading
Works with sewers / Sample cutter
Works with sewers to achieve high quality garment
Attend Fittings - Attends fittings with the purpose of approving garments and releasing them to Production
This position requires the following skills, experience and education: 2+ years experience in the apparel industry in a Pattern Making capacity and Technical Design. Drawing, flat sketching, and Illustrator experience required. Experience in pattern making men’s and women’s apparel. Grading, We also require working knowledge Accumark 8.2.
