AIDS Services of North Texas has an opening for a Housing Case Manager.

Program Duties include:

Managing a client case load of 20 high need clients
Conduct psychosocial assessments
Service plan
Goal setting and attainment
Accurate case notes
Advocacy and referral
Coordination of medical services for clients



A bachelor in Social Work is required.
Individuals with a knowledge of HIV/AIDS services within the Dallas EMA highly encouraged to apply.
