Job Title: Administration/AR/AP
Reports To: President
Office Hours: Full-time

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Provide timely and exemplary office administration, A/R and A/P support to employees and customers.

Requirements:
Bachelor¡¦s Degree
Experience using Accounting software preferably PEACHTREE.
Experience with A/R and Collections
Microsoft Office, Excel
Bilingual a plus
Positive and Professional attitude

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performing general administrative and accounting duties which include but are not limited to the following:
New customer account processing
Relieve management of administrative detail
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Daily bank deposits
Sales Tax Filings
Personnel Administration, Health Benefit enrollment
Reimbursements and expenses
Interface with the TABC as needed
Answering of incoming phone calls
Generate weekly minutes and monthly rosters
Ensure minutes and rosters are mailed on a timely basis
Assist with incoming issues via phone, email or live chat in a professional, timely and helpful manner
Organizing and filing of documents, receipts and office paperwork
Escalate issues, as appropriate, to Management
Ensure daily uncollected mail is delivered to post office when leaving the office
Manage time appropriately to handle multiple open issues and follow-up with customers in a thorough and timely manner
Adhere to internal policies and procedures and recommend improvements, when needed, to provide consistent and exemplary customer service
Communicating openly, honestly and constructively
Treat all employees and customers with dignity, respect and courtesy
Take responsibility to resolve concerns and issues with the team and with customers
Personality and experience with collection calls is an extremely important aspect
Must be reliable and excellent work ethic
