Multi family renovations construction company seeking office manager...
Requirements:
Must be professional, on time, and dependable, we want to know you are going to be at work when you are suppose to be.
Must be professional in appearance and composure
Must have working knowledge of QuickBooks- posting to accounts, cutting checks etc...
Accounts payable and receivable
Must be able to type proposals quickly and accurately, today, not tomorrow
Must be comfortable to make sales calls and follow up sales calls without being reminded or asked twice (this should be a given)
Lead generation and mail marketing materials
Assist sales people in the field
Maintain email accounts, website and leads generated from website
Must answer phones professionally and distribute messages immediately
Work well with vendors, must have the ability to develop strong working relationships
Have a working knowledge of this industry and/or have common sense.
Must have Pride in your work and pride in the company.
