This person will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
*Handling incoming phone calls as well as follow-ups
*MUST BE Organized and Detailed in Notetaking
*Basic Filing and Data Entry skills
*Order taking as well as purchasing Supplies/Materials
*Knowledge of Quikbooks is a strong plus
TASKS SPECIFIC TO COMPANY PRESIDENT:
*Maintain/Organize documents and work place
*Run Business/Personal errands (If Needed)
*And organize owner through daily to do/ check off list
