Profitable and growing company is seeking an Executive Assistant for their CEO in Dallas, TX. This is a brand new position and they need someone who is extremely organized and comfortable in dealing with the media.
Responsibilities:
-Taking all calls and emails for CEO
-Keeping CEO's agenda and giving weekly briefings
-Taking minutes at Board Meetings
-Planning and coordinating travel
-Reviewing contracts
-Other duties as assigned
Must Have:
-Experience with Microsoft Office
-Experience with Hitwise or Google Analytics is helpful but not required
-Previous experience dealing with contracts is helpful
-Experience in supporting Executive staff
-Very Organized
-Ability to delegate
