Full time hourly position to work in fast paced service department . Maintain the Installations crew’s daily schedules and dispatch the crew as service calls are completed. Clear and concise communications with sales department, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times.

Duties /Skills will Include:
*Heavy data entry
*Ability to multi-task
*Billing experiance
*Schedule fleet maintenance
* Manage weekly time for installation crew
*Issue , process and close purchase orders
*Truck inventory
*Back up to dispatch
*Adhoc reports as needed


Microsoft Office skills needed, Excel a must. Hourly management software helpful. Two years related experience in customer service, dispatching or project management needed.
