•	Oversee daily and weekly maintenance of office machines.<br>
•	Assure follow through on maintenance agreements or contracts.<br>

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for: <br>
•       Determine appropriate merchandise decisions utilizing the Open to Buy through the review of weeks of supply, on hand quantities, seasonal trends, receipt and replenishment patterns, in partnership with the Buyer. <br>
•       Assist with plans and schedules in conjunction with the Buyer's purchasing activity by monitoring the monthly beginning of month plans and fulfilling open to ship needs to achieve designated inventory plans. <br>
•       Maintain purchase order and SKU database. Review and adjust purchase orders according to business needs, in partnership with Buyer. <br>
•       Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships. Research and resolve vendor issues. <br>
•       Work collaboratively with advertising staff and allocation team to ensure that all ad orders are properly allocated. <br>
•       Track purchase orders to ensure the timely delivery of merchandise to the distribution center. <br>
•       Partner with the Distribution Center staff to make sure incoming purchase orders are received properly. <br>

<b>Responsibilities include, (but are not limited to the following):</b>

•	Investigating and resolving client issues related to trade execution, financial transfers and account documentation (Auditing Client Accounts)
<br>
•	Creating reports for the sales management team using Excel and internal systems
<br>
•	Performing administrative functions: printing sales meeting materials, creating presentations, scheduling meetings for the department, etc.
<br>
•	Assigning tasks using our Sales Force system
<br>

<b>Qualifications:</b>
<br><br>
•	Must be eligible to work in the USA (No H1 Visa Sponsorship)
<br>
•	Must be seeking a part-time position (20 hrs per week)
<br>
•	Strong ability to work with MS Office programs (Word/Excel/Power Point)
<br>
•	Prefer an AA degree, plus 2+ years of experience in a similar environment (not required)
<br>
•	Ability to think quickly and problem solve
<br>
•	Must have a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
<br>
