Its no coincidence that TX boasts the highest number of uninsured residents being the 2nd most populous state and the 2nd most illegal immigrants. The only reason California doesn't beat us in these numbers is because they have social programs set up for illegals and a state insurance program that has left them $43 Billion in debt and begging the federal govn to back their bonds so they can operate a few more months on credit. Damn right they voted NO on it because they are smart enough to realize that if something doesn't work in a single state then it damn sure wont work in all states. Fuck you Liberal.
