The company you will be joining has built, owned and managed multi-family properties for more than 40 years with a current conventional portfolio of twenty-seven A and B Class properties in Arizona (Phoenix, Scottsdale) and Texas (Dallas, San Antonio, Austin) totaling more than 10,000 units and growing. We are looking for organized and responsible individuals who take pride in their work and take direction well. We pay top salary for top skills including dental, 401(k) and 85% of medical (PPO) premiums for employee (includes vision) and employee plus children, 60% of premium for spouse. The qualified candidate will provide maintenance at a property with 573 units located in Farmers Branch. Criminal background checks and drug screenings are required on all employees.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate the following requirements:
One (1) year experience in facilities maintenance
HVAC certification preferred (not required)
Valid drivers license
We are a policy-oriented company. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Knowledge of policy, procedures
Working well with maintenance supervisor and property manager
Perform all routine and preventative maintenance duties and special projects as instructed
Complete all work orders efficiently and in a timely manner
Aggressive compensation based on experience. Starting at $12/hr.
