The company you will be joining has built, owned and managed multi-family properties for more than 40 years with a current conventional portfolio of twenty-seven A and B Class properties in Arizona (Phoenix, Scottsdale) and Texas (Dallas, San Antonio, Austin) totaling more than 10,000 units and growing. We are looking for high achieving individuals who can assume responsibility. We pay top salary for top skills including dental, 401(k) and 85% of medical (PPO) premiums for employee (includes vision) and employee plus children, 60% of premium for spouse. The qualified candidate will assist on a property with 467 units located in North Dallas. Criminal background checks and drug screenings are required on all employees.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate the following requirements:
• Two (2) years Multi Family experience required
• Two (2) years data entry experience
• AMSI (eSite) experience preferred
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic writing skills in English
• Stable work history
• High school graduate
We are a policy-oriented company. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Knowledge of policy, procedures
• Proficiency with AMSI eSite and epo
• Working well with supervising property manager
• Competency in
o Processing account receivables and payables
o Payment postings/preparation of deposits
o Move ins/move outs and statement of deposit accountabilities (SODAs)
o NSF entries and applying open credits
o Late notice procedures/late-fee billings
o Auditing reports/corrections
o Preliminary accounting month end (PAME)
o Maintain computer binders
o Handle service requests
o Ability to provide excellent customer service
Aggressive compensation based on experience. Starting at $17/hr.
