Seeking Loan Officers/Originators with proven track records and experience for a growth opportunity with a recently established Dallas mortgage company founded by real estate, mortgage, legal and accounting professionals.
This is a fantastic opportunity for truly qualified candidates to get in on the ground floor with a top notch group of professionals, and grow with the company. Opportunities exist for aggressive commission splits and a draw against a commission (in some cases). In addition, working from one's home and/or the company office is also a possibility.
Candidates must be able to prove a minimum of two (2) years experience, and loan officers candidates must have exisitng relationships with an adquate number of realtors, builders, etc. In addition, a candidate must be:
- Ethical
- Self motivated
- Organized
- Team player
- Goal oriented
- Committed to customer service
- Calyx Point experience preferred
- A Texas license is preferred, but not mandatory
