We are looking for licensed real estate agents to help us contact other listing agents, to offer a new lease to own program. This is a program that allows “sellers” to receive a guaranteed income on their property while the buyer improves their credit to qualify for a loan. The company is backed by Lloyd’s of London. You can be currently working for another broker. The program will allow the seller to make 20% more on the property than they would in a conventional sale, and the listing agent can make 50% more commission.
The position would involve several hours per day setting appointments via the phone (from your home or office) for the lease to own presenters. The compensation is $15 per hour, and we need people to start immediately.
