Candidate would need to lease a 1 bedroom condominium for $550.00 a month. Candidate would then be available to do small jobs for the 70 unit condominium property exterior and interior for compensation. Small jobs would consist of some exterior siding repairs, gutter work, light bulb replacement, light fixture replacement, photo cell replacement, posting signage, fence repair, painting, power washing, interior work for individual homeowners and investors to include make readies, painting, plumbing, electrical, and odd jobs. Position has the potential to include trash pick up and pool cleaning.
Must have own tools and transportation. Must pass criminal and drug testing.
