FT/PT Sales Associates for Upscale Jewelry & Accessory Boutique

Our products are hand selected by our in-house buyers and designers. We offer selective merchandise that follows all the latest trends and is reasonably priced. Panacea is searching for FT/PT sales associates for their location at Watters Creek.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and acknowledge all customers.
• Provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service in every area of the store.
• Meet or exceed selling goal for each fiscal month.
• Participate in keeping the selling floor to operational and visual standards (both during the day and at the end of the day).
• Adhere to loss prevention guidelines and deter shoplifting by providing excellent customer service.
• Follow all procedures in the POS system for ringing up sales.
• Straighten, fill-in and ensure correct placement of merchandise throughout the day.
• Build sales volume, establish and maintain customer relationships
• Be a team player and contribute to the overall positive environment of the store.
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in a retail sales role
• Prior experience in a retail/fashion jewelry company
• Excellent personal selling skills
• Ability to contribute to a positive team environment
• Detail oriented and professional disposition
