Manager in Training (MIT)
You assist your manager in store day-to-day functioning and are proactive about completing your manager training program. You’re excited about hiring and training a stellar team of sellers and developing every team member to their fullest potential so that your store consistently exceeds its monthly goals. Most importantly, you lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and fostering a fun work environment.
As you are a Manager “in-Training,” and not an Assistant Manager, your responsibilities are just as the Store Manager’s. Everyday, you are proactively learning the skills you need to run your own shop!
Your Role :
Act as an ambassador for the brand
Treat customers and co-workers with respect
Train team on store visuals and displays
Open availability and flexibility to work evening, weekends, and holidays
Thrive on building lasting customer relationships
Coach team members on the ethics, philosophies and best practices of LUSH
Maintain contagious energy your entire shift
Build up your team mate’s confidence and work as a group every shift
