I have the money to get into another place and a steady income to keep up with all bills and rent. I have to have a safe place to have my little ones and I am not in that place now. I need to have a 4 bedroom with good size rooms and I also need to have 2 bathrooms. The area is not of great importance as long as it is in a safe area for children. Compare Prescott, AZ to Texas and Florida<br>
The Prescott market has only 16% foreclosures. The number of housing sales in Prescott for December, 2009 was up 49% over last December.<br>
<br>
In Dallas the foreclosure rate is 34%. December housing sales are up less that 20% over December 2008.  <br>
<br>
In San Antonio, the foreclosure rate is 20%. December housing sales are up only 23% over December 2008.  <br>
<br>
In Houston the foreclosure rate is 40%. December housing sales are actually down by 4% compared to a year ago.  <br>
<br>
In Tampa there are 4,927 houses on the market and 5,817 foreclosures. The number of housing sales for December 2009 even with the sales of so many foreclosures is up a meager 2.9% over December 2008 <br>
<br>
In Sarasota, the foreclosure rate is still 57% and December housing sales are up 29% compared to 49% in Prescott. <br>
<br>
In Jacksonville the foreclosure rate is 72.7% December sales even when the foreclosure re-sales are taken into account are only up 16.3%. <br>
<br>
In Orlando almost all sales activity has come from the sale of foreclosures and there are still 7,278 foreclosures in the inventory. Sales prices in the last four months have plummeted 33.6%.<br>
<br>
Real Estate taxes in Arizona are less than 50% of those paid in either Texas or Florida.<br>

Before we get started, I cannot/don't do pets. I'm allergic to their hair/fur, etc. A bird is okay, but cats/dogs and the like (including

exotics) I'm so sorry. I realize a lot of you have fidos out there that need feeding and walking in addition to the house management.

Moving on... I do not have pets at all. I have never done drugs, do NOT even smoke. I keep a house excellently well.

I'm a gentleman with skills enhance in the real estate area of life. No, I'm not gay either. In fact I do not believe in some lifestyles,

as I am a b/a &gt;&lt;&gt; person who is just non-judgmental. lol And again, moving forward.

I am immediately available if you have your tickets in hand, and the kids want nothing to do with sitting, watching, turning lights

on or off (believe me, burglars ''KNOW'' those auto-light trippers! Just get a cloudy day, and see your lights all on while you're gone.

They jot that down, trust me. But if I open the door and get the paper, they go on to the next place to steal and rob.
<br>

Okay, I am also honest. I do NOT steal, do NOT ramble through your things, and have no interest in knowing your business
<br>
or personal information. I do what you need done. Check the mail, pay the utilities if you don't want to trust your memory, keep the
<br>
house picked up outside, papers, trash blown into the yard, schedule the yard man, and make sure that the ''fake'' sales guys
<br>
(and gals) know that the house is occupied by a professional able to sniff them out (without saying so) easily.
<br>
Even a security company will have you sign a disclaimer that they can't be held liable if you're broken into. Why??? Because
<br>
burglars are not robots, they have eyes and watch to see when you leave, and when you normally come back. That's why
<br>
I'm seldom gone. When I have to go somewhere, I ''tell'' someone YOU want me to let know!! LOL double duh???
<br>

<br>
Other than that, I keep the inside clean, and I don't mess up things, I'm spotless in the house, I don't throw parties and
<br>
seldom go to one either. To keep myself occupied when not doing things at the house? Online games, movies, TV, etc.
<br>
I even play music just above a whisper. Don't like loud music/TV, etc.
<br>

<br>
Why am I looking for house-sitting, or home management? Because I'm a senior citizen. I'm a year or so outside of
<br>
some benefits, and get only a small SS check. It's not enough. I manage it well, but my assisting you with this most
<br>
important task and talent helps us both. When you leave home, your place is secure.
<br>

<br>
Also if you are just living day to day, and need someone to prepare meals in the house and keep things tidy, then
<br>
I'm your man. When you get ready to hit the door running, I already have your breakfast ready, hot coffee, your eggs
<br>
if you eat them are how you like them, or my treat of sauteed onions in butter sauce, bell pepper, a touch of garlic
<br>
(not power), with scorched tomato, a tad of your favorite fruit preserves for energy! And whooosh!! You're outta
<br>
there on the way to work!
<br>

When you return for lunch, it's better than a restaurant... and Dinner let's try baked lamb chop with Parslied potato,
<br>
fresh but seasoned sauteed green beans (they don't taste raw, ok?) and homemade jalopena cornbread muffin
<br>
from scratch... a glass of cabernet sauvignon in a decorative glass... did you know that a scented candle makes
<br>
the wine better, allows you to breathe and think easier too? (no not incense, just a candle)...
<br>

For you younger homeowners out there who seldom eat a ''real'' meal, you'll love this! No more pizza, pizza,
<br>
and of course... pizza!! Get it? You can eat real food and stop gaining weight. That's wll you do. It's bread!!! duh!
<br>
Your body can't get anything from it. The meat toppings are a cholesterol disaster! I'll fix you some real food
<br>
that not tastes good to your soul, but is responsible to your body and health. Fair enough?
<br>
