Hi, I'm looking for a professional person to share my two bedroom apartment. Your rent would include room with private bath (guest would also use this when over), electricity and water. ABOUT ME: I am a 45 year old white professional female. I have no pets or kids at home and want a roommate without pets or kids at home. I also smoke so if you are allergic or it just drives you insane please do not respond to this ad. I keep a very clean apartment and pick up after myself and would expect you to do the same. So if you tend to be on the sloppy side I'm sorry but it just wouldn't work out. I work M-F during the day and usually try to go out at least one weekend night. I drink socially and ocassionally have drinks at home . So I have no problem with drinking in moderation , but this does not mean party's on weeknights when I have to get up the next morning. If you drink daily or do any type of drugs there is no use in you applying here. On Sundays I go to church at least 3 weekends out of the month or at least I try really hard too get my butt out of bed and go lol. . I don't bring alot of strangers home and I don't want anyone else to. This does not mean your girlfriend, boyfriend, best friend on weekends , but I think you know what I mean.

Having said all that I am a pretty laid back person , I get along with just about anyone as long as they respect me and my home. I'm looking for someone who wants to stay a few months maybe longer if it all works out not someone who is just looking for something for a few weeks or a month.

The condo is 1,123 square feet, it was built in 1983. It has hardwood floors in parts, new appliances, and is in a great neighborhood. It is on the second floor. There is a good sized deck off of the kitchen, and there is a washer and a dryer in the condo. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, pots/pans, etc., which you are welcome to use. The living areas are modestly furnished also, but if you have furniture we can see if it would work. Your bedroom is not furnished. The community has 2 pools and a clubhouse. I have a cat who is very friendly. There is plenty of parking in the community and immediately outside the condo. Also, the neighbors are super friendly and very helpful!

Your bedroom is a neutral tan color. You have a walk-in closet and your own bathroom, which is large. Your bedroom is carpeted, it measures 11x14. Your bedroom and bathroom were recently repainted, and a new vanity was put into the bathroom.

You should be female (one person, no couples, please), neat, non-smoker, relatively quiet, and respectful, as I will be studying much of the time. You should be either a student or professional who is stable, responsible, and cleans up after herself. Although I do not mind if you have guests, no crazy parties, no loud music at all hours of the night, you know. I am easy to live and get along with, you should be, too. I would love it if we could go out once in a while, and enjoy Dallas, although this is obviously not a requirement. I am potentially open to having another pet.
