This camper has a TON of storage space and very nice cabinets throughout.
Ac is great (it will freeze you out)
Hot water heater heats up very fast and we found that you can get two good showers before losing heat (15 mins and you're good to go again)

It has an AM/FM cassette player and speakers throughout but it is old and if I were to keep it I would replace it.

Things the camper needs - As would be expected with an older camper a few of the exterior lights need new plastic covers, we lost the keys however there are only 3 different keys from what we are told from a dealer, or the locks could be replaced for about $75.00 The exterior is in good shape but has some oxidation (could use a good thorough cleaning) Interior is in very good shape and very clean.
All original documents, owners manual etc. My F-150 pulls it with no problem.

The Wheels and tires do not rub.This cart runs and drives great seats 6 with ease, no leaks and does not burn oil, this cart is a real attention getter..negative about the cart - has some light sratches and paint chips tires are in used shape, 1 wheel the chrome is flaking.
Our 2005 Mobile Suites RE3 had an MSRP, with options and additions, of $100,000. The RE3 triple slide fifth wheel is built for the fulltiming lifestyle, and it also is great for weekend and vacation use. Our Mobile Suite is in excellent condition, it is "pet free", and it also is "smoke free". The Mobile Suite RE3 is designed for "four season" living. With the RE3 "rear entertainment center, there is no "HUGE" rear window that allows the transfer of heat/cold through the window, thus providing for much better climate control of the interior. (there are four small windows that look out the rear). The Mobile Suite has 3 1/4 inch fully insulated walls, including the slide walls, which are thick enough to allow the interior of the windows to be fully wood trimmed, with real wooden 1 3/4 inch window ledges.
Our RE3 has a ducted 42,000 BTU residential type propane heating system, and it also has two optional ducted 15,000 BTU Dometic Duo-therm A/C's, with heat pumps. It also has a "life-like" electric fireplace with a heating element, which is really good for taking the "morning chill" off.
The wood decor in our Mobile Suite is constructed with the optional "Cinnamon Maple" finish. The living/kitchen area decor color is "sage"
The RE3 floor plan has a feel of "openness" in the living/kitchen area, as there is no "kitchen bar" that sticks out into the open floor area. In the living area, we have two La-Z-Boy recliners, with leather, and a hide-a-bed sofa. The wood construction "rear entertainment center" cabinet has six leaded-glass doors, and includes a 27 inch Sony flat screen TV, surround sound, stereo system, a multi-DVD player, and the fireplace. It also has a sit-under computer desk-top on one side, and a desk-top, with storage drawers on the opposite side.
The kitchen has a two door optional 10 cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer, with icemaker, and has a pantry with 5 pull-out drawers and 2 fixed shelves. It also has an Amana 3 burner propane cook-top, an optional GE Avantium speed-cook oven with microwave, double sink with custom acrylic sink covers, custom acrylic kitchen countertops, and a special pull-out cabinet section with a "chopping-block top", which expands the available countertop space. The dining area has a solid wood pedestal table, with expansion leaf, and four matching wooden chairs with padded seats
Our bedroom/bath area has a king size bed with hydraulic power lift, wall-to-wall closet with shelves, a wood cabinet vanity with custom acrylic countertop and storage drawers/doors, a 17 inch flat panel LCD TV with built-in DVD player, a lavatory cabinet with a custom acrylic top and sink, fiberglass radius glass door shower with skylight, stacked Maytag front-load washer and Whirlpool dryer (washer is brand new), and a separate enclosed toilet area, There is a sliding door between the living room and bedroom areas.
