We have won an exciting contract and are looking for multiple Systems Engineers (all levels), and Software Developers (all levels) for a DoD contract. These positions are available immediately and are for a multi year contract
SYSTEMS ENGINEER (Level 2) POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified Systems Engineer candidates should have experience in all of the following:
Minimum five years professional systems engineering experience
Minimum four years software and interface requirements analysis and definition
Minimum four years of experience in development of software requirements and system modeling, preferably with Rational tool suite (RSA)
Minimum two years of UML modeling experience
Previous experience with Rational Unified Process (RUP), Model Driven Software Development (MDSD), or similar processes
Previous experience in the following technical areas: database warehouses (preferably Oracle), large/complex COTS integration solutions, Service Oriented Architectures
Development and execution of models, simulations, and prototypes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills
Ability to work in structured and integrated team environment and comply with CMMI and IBM process requirements; ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; proven cross-group collaboration skills
NICE TO HAVE: UML modeling with Rational Software Architect, Military logistics systems (particularly Army), Experience in government/military systems engineering, Prior Army FCS experience will be highly weighted in the decision process, Metrics/analytics calculation and reporting .

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Perform software requirements and interface requirements analysis; Generate, review and submit requirements documents in accordance with program procedures and schedule
Support design and implementation of the solution
Support planning, coordination and conduct of technical reviews of systems engineering and software engineering artifacts
Support design and trade study analysis
Support external data analysis
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
BS or BA degree in a related Engineering and/or Computer Science field required
Masters Degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering is a plus.
