An IVR Architect is needed to manage the development and administration of a large financial call center. Intricate to the success of the contact center, this person would be responsible for the design and implementation of a self service voice applications system; including coding, testing, debugging and documentation of efforts. They would establish policies and procedures for both virtual and on-site contact centers.
Requirements~
* 2+ Years of IVR Call Center Technology Support (Voice, IVR, Speech Recognition)
* Must have advanced knowledge of Avaya switching environments
* Expert in TCP/IP, QOS, VOIP, Avaya IR and Ethernet
* Ability to lead full cycle projects (design, programming, coding, testing, installation and support)
* Advanced in SQL Queries to troubleshoot glitches in system and develop reports
* Experience in Contact Center Support for a Financial Organization highly desired!
