Recovery Healthcare Corporation is looking for Customer Services Representative professionals to deliver our Electronic Monitoring Program to the Tarrant County metro area.
Secific Responsibilities Include:
- Provide 1st level telephone support
- Address customer questions regarding daily operational issues such as equipment installations, removals, battery changes, and receipt of modem communications/data upload.
- Work communication and equipment alerts
- Perform installs and de-installs
- Assist in management of equipment inventory
- Perform periodic audits of hierarchy setup within the courts
- Review and prepare daily reports for the courts
- Manage support
- Perform maintenance
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for entry-level position
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Work well in a structured team environment
- Bilingual is a plus
- Experience in electronic monitoring field preferred
Other requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- PC Proficiency
- Must possess driver's license
- Must pass criminal background check
- Non-smoker
