I am a 30yr old female currently going through a divorce. I will be homeless as of December 1st as I need to leave out of shared house. I can afford between 300 and 350 all bills paid. I get a steady income every month and on top of that I am looking for a job. December's rent will be paid in full upon move in, none of that waiting to get it to you nonsense. I am clean and very quiet I can have no company if you prefer. I am looking for a room with at least a bed as I am w/o furniture. I have no pets, but do not mind them. I can keep the house clean as added payment and I am a good cook. I am not able to talk to you as I have no phone now but, we can work this out through email.
