AAA Texas is seeking career-minded individuals for our Direct Sales Agent Trainee opportunity. Engage in providing high quality service to members and insured regarding sales of auto insurance and membership in a fast paced, inside sales environment. Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and identify cross-sell opportunities regarding member product needs and service requests, quoting insurance rates, qualifying prospects, inspecting related documentation and resolving membership and insurance problems using discretion and independent judgment. Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus. Licensing is sponsored by AAA Texas, no overhead cost, incentives, formal training and leads are provided.

Job Requirements:
2+ years of proven sales experience and BA/BS degree a plus, but not required
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Competitive sales drive
Commitment to maintaining superior member relationships
