DTX TEK:
We are a DFW-based computer and network solutions reseller, partnered with many of the leading Global security market manufacturers. Keep in mind that the majority of your large vendors no longer sell directly to their customers. They seek resellers, like DTX TEK, to drive sales and uncover new opportunities within corporate, health care, education, and government organizations.
EXPERIENCE:
• Computer, Internet & Phone experience
• Ability to maintain a high level of call, email and sales-related activities daily
• College degree preferred however, may substitute work-related experience
• 1yr + of Telesales
• Excellent verbal and communications skills
• Highly organized and self motivated
• Basic knowledge of computers and software
• 65% of your time will be calling into accounts/leads to build relationships
• 25% of your time will be building a relationship with our vendors and your partners
• 10% of your time will be ongoing customer service to businesses you establish relationships with
OUR INVESTMENT IN YOU:
Contacts and leads are provided for you through the company. These are reliable contacts to call that are in need of guidance to solutions within our products. Keep in mind that these contacts are always in need of renewals, larger quantities or seeking new products in general. At DTX TEK, our company is in business with big vendors, with well recognized industry names.
COMPENSATION:
• Jump Start Program; 40% Commission on every sale for 3mths or $30K in Gross Profit (GP), whichever comes first. Most are able to hit their Jump Start within 2mths.
• Optional Packages; Following Jump Start completion you'll be offered one of two packages to choose from.
o Base + Commissions
o Commissions Only
The Jump Start program offers you an opportunity to gain your ground, ramp up and achieve $12,000 in commissions. Our objective, at DTX TEK, is to ensure our employees reach their ramp ASAP, most do so within their first 2 months. To set the stage for long term objectives, the AVG GP attained by our tenured employees (12+mths) is $25,000 per month, or $10,000.00 in monthly gross commissions, for an annual gross W2 of $120,000.00.
