Our Company
We are a young educational software company with strong experience in the educational sector. We have a new online study product that is better than the established competition. (The competition has 8,000,000 users and 19,000 schools, but is losing users to our superior features.) We already have a demonstrated sales process, and schools that already use our product.

What We Need
We need salespeople to sell more licenses of our software to schools and school districts. This includes duties in all parts of the sales process, including lead generation (esp. through networking), lead follow-up, software demonstration, supporting the quote process, and relationship maintenance to retain customers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Masters and/or Education related degrees preferred.
- Sales or Teaching/Education experience required. Educational Sales experience preferred.
- Ambitious, motivated and eager to succeed
- Ability to share experiences & ideas with entire sales team to find best-practices
- Ability to manage your own exclusive sales territory
- Ability to differentiate the needs of stakeholders (i.e. teachers vs. administrators)
- Professional demeanor is a must
- PC knowledge and expertise using the Internet

Compensation
This position starts as commission-only. To date, the average commission on a close is $1,689. This position can transition to base-plus-commission after the first sale. We believe that pay-for-performance is applicable at all levels. All sales positions retain some component of commission, and salespeople may choose to remain commission-only if they find that structure more lucrative.
