REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

A thorough knowledge of business, marketing or higher education market and industry as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
To be proficient, must have successfully completed the Corporate Business Development Workshop to be able to increase and maintain positive awareness of the University within the corporate and governmental community which will result in enrollment development of graduate, undergraduate, and certificate programs, as described above.
Must possess a thorough understanding of business, education, technology, counseling, and nursing programs of study.
Successful sales and/or marketing experience highly preferred. Experience leading, guiding and directing others in a training and/or sales environment is also preferred.

Job Description
TeleNav is looking for National Account Executive with a �must win� attitude to sell non-traditional advertising solutions into key named accounts in the Restaurant and Hotel/Hospitality industries. Primary Responsibilities
- Digest all there is to learn in the Restaurant and Hotel verticals
- Proactively Prospect, Qualify, Grow, and Maintain a named account list

Job Requirements

The core mission of the Selling Branch Manager is to perform outbound sales calls and schedule meetings in order to grow revenue for SkillStorm through the sales of IT services to clientele within an assigned territory. Goal is to bill a minimum of 12 new clients/customers per year, Net 2 hires per month totaling 24 net hires per year mentor a Technical Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
� Proactively develop new business through a high volume of outbound phone calls and meetings
� Promote Technical Staffing solutions to prospective clients
� Generate qualified job openings from top companies
� Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and client representatives
� Deliver qualified candidates to fulfill job requisitions

Accountabilities:
� Attend daily team meetings and report metrics based on goals
� Schedule and attend 8 client meetings a week
� Attend a minimum of 2 networking events a month
� Generate a minimum of 2 qualified non VMS job orders per week (per standard job order form)
� Speak with a minimum of 20 decision makers a day that would use our services
� Average a minimum 65 calls a day for the week
� Log a minimum of 65 activities in database daily
� Bill a minimum of 12 new clients/customers per year
� Net 2 hires per month totaling 24 net hires per year

Qualifications Needed:
� Demonstrate a passion for the staffing business and the desire to learn the business of our clients
� 2+ years experience in business development role, staffing experience a plus
� Proven sales experience with the development of new clients into long lasting customers
� Experience prospecting and building a network for new business opportunities and referrals
� Inside/outside cold call experience a must
� Bachelor�s degree or related/equivalent work experience
