Enrollment Analyst
Seeking an analytical and disciplined individual to test and quality assure plan designs for an online enrollment system. This position reports to a team lead and is responsible for testing and reporting accuracy deficiencies before the plans are pushed to a live enrollment. Insurance background a huge plus!
Duties, Responsibilities and required Skills
• Implement and Provide input for Test Plans.
• Design Test Cases.
• Create Test scenarios.
• Check / Review the Test Cases (TC).
• Keep track of the new requirements.
• Perform functional testing duties.
• Perform regression testing duties.
• Report bugs, track defects, resolve issues with the plan builders and team leads.
• Produce test evaluation reports.
• Participate in benefit walkthroughs.
Special Knowledge and Skills Required
• Good analytical, problem solving skills.
• Quick learner.
• Must understand QA processes and methodologies.
• Insurance background – knowledge of core and voluntary benefits a HUGE plus.
This is a temp to hire job through 9/1/10 and starting pay is $15+/hr. Potential for position to become full-time with benefits.
