A global sports and recreation firm best known for youth sports management is looking to bring on a Senior Drupal Developer for contract and/or permanent employment. The ideal candidate will have more than two years of Drupal development experience and solid PHP web development skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Work on a team of 7 developers to create a cutting-edge, outward facing website
· 85% back-end development vs. 15% front-end
· 95% new Drupal and PHP development vs. 5% client-facing specs gathering
· Develop custom modules for an existing website to improve user-experience and functionality
· SUMMARY OF TECHNOLOGIES TO BE USED (but not limited to):
Drupal, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, html
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
· 2+ years of Drupal development experience
· PHP web development
· CSS
· HTML
· JavaScript
· Shell scripting
· Sys admin
BONUS EXPERIENCE:
· Client facing specs gathering
· Experience working for an open source company
